I Project Overview
1. Project Introduction:
The project is a targeted poverty alleviation project in Qinghai Province in 2011, located in the west of Delingha City, with an altitude of 3,500 meters and a total installed capacity of 10.008MW. The project effectively realized the organic combination of economic development, resource conservation and environmental protection in ecologically fragile areas, and accumulated successful experience for the subsequent construction of poverty alleviation photovoltaic power stations.
2. Construction Geological Conditions:
This project is located on the Gobi Desert in the Qaidam Basin. It has a vast land with sparse population and rich sunlight resources. It has a continental arid climate, with long winters and short summers, low temperatures, large temperature differences between day and night, low precipitation and large evaporation, and short frost-free periods.
I Project Features:
1. Aiming at the fact that the project is located on the edge of the desert, we boldly carried out innovative attempts in environmental protection to fully optimize the effect of sand fixation, that is, plant low and cold-resistant green vegetation under the square array to reduce the surface temperature of the power station and reduce water evaporation. Strive to build the power station into a truly green environmental protection project.
2. The power generation of photovoltaic power plants is greatly affected by weather changes and other factors, and the output power fluctuates during the period of time. It should be distributed and connected to maximize local consumption and achieve a balance of supply and demand.
3. Heavy sand and high instantaneous wind speed will cause sand dunes to move and bring great difficulties to the measurement and positioning. GPS RTK technology and basic point conversion technology are used to complete the laying out of the foundation construction to ensure accuracy.
4. Taking into account factors such as self-weight, wind pressure, and underlying structure, the foundation of the photovoltaic module steel support is an independent foundation of cast-in-place reinforced concrete, and the strength of the foundation concrete is C30. All photovoltaic modules are installed in a fixed manner, and the sub-arrays are equipped with container-type inverter devices to complete the construction in the shortest time and reduce the damage to the ground vegetation.
