I Project Overview
1. Project Introduction:
The project is located in Sartokay Township, Qinghe County, Altay zone. The total installed capacity of the project is 22MW. It uses amorphous silicon thin film batteries and is installed in a fixed manner. It is one of the "Ten Targeted Poverty Alleviation Projects" confirmed and implemented by the National Poverty Alleviation Office, and one of the first batch of photovoltaic grid-connected power generation demonstration projects approved by the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. It is an innovative local poverty alleviation project that changed from "blood transfusion" to "hematopoiesis" and became the first large-scale photovoltaic grid-connected power station in northern Xinjiang.
2. Construction Geological Conditions:
The project is located in Sartokay Township, Qinghe County, Altay zone.Terrestrial northern temperate arid climate, high mountains and high cold, desert Gobi landform, dry air, long and cold winters, frequent snow and ice weather, strong wind, thick frozen soil, and little precipitation. Solar energy resources are abundant.
I Project Features:
1. The project adopts block power generation and centralized grid connection. The photovoltaic panels are arranged in a positive east-west direction. In order to avoid shielding between the arrays, a space of 6m between the front and rear of the array is reserved; the photovoltaic modules are installed at a fixed inclination angle of 40° to achieve the maximum radiation received by the inclined surface.
2. Seasonal frozen soil exists at the site, and the freezing depth is about 1.2m. therefore:
2.1) Inverter, box transformer and other construction (construction) base materials are taken on site, using natural foundation and shallow foundation; adding concrete steel bars to enhance the stability of the building foundation.
2.2) The foundation form of the photovoltaic array support adopts a variety of comprehensive methods such as spiral piles and microporous cast-in-place piles, which can be constructed quickly and cause little damage to the site. It is more conducive to the adjustment of site topography and the elevation of the top surface of the foundation.
2.3) The pipeline layout in the station should be as smooth and short as possible, reduce deep burial and crossing, and arrange along the road for easy maintenance.
3. The inverter is enclosed by a colored steel composite board, which can resist the damage caused by the high-speed impact of Gobi sand and gravel in the local strong wind climate. The foundation is in the form of a concrete strip foundation.
4. The project construction has caused a certain degree of damage to the site environment, and the vegetation in the construction wound area should be restored as much as possible; areas with large water catchment areas should be avoided or drainage-guided measures should be taken.
