I Project Overview
1. Project Introduction:
The project is a power station transformation and construction project, which belongs to the construction of electric power infrastructure. According to the local special geographical conditions and climate environment, the project has been carefully arranged in terms of personnel arrangement, construction equipment configuration, material supply, construction technology methods, construction environment, etc., strengthened process safety, quality and construction period control, and completed the project on schedule and with high quality The construction task has been highly praised by the owner.
2. Construction Geological Conditions:
The project is located in Baba Village, Longquan Township, Huili County, Liangshan Prefecture. It is mainly mountainous. The line passes through many high mountain sections. The altitude is about 2500m-2850m, the slope is between 10° and 20°, and there are a certain number of gullies. Windy and rainy all year round, the temperature difference between morning and evening is large. The instantaneous wind speed is higher. There is seasonal frozen soil in winter, and the vegetation is mainly grassland and woodland areas.
I Project Features:
1. The site is located on the top of the mountain, the valley and ridge height difference is 300-500m, the ridge is narrow and short, and the slope is mostly 20-30°. Heavy rain and flood discharge caused large seasonal gullies with a certain number of small gullies.
1.1) Before construction, the ground floor or foundation pit is excavated to form a combined soil and rock foundation, and measures such as replacement of filling, cushion, adjustment of foundation width and setting of settlement joints are adopted.
1.1.1) Excavate the weak fillings in the base, and backfill gravel, block stone, plain concrete or lime soil to enhance the strength and integrity of the foundation.
1.1.2) Soil-rock combined foundation, cut out the locally protruding bedrock, and set up a "cushion layer" at the part where the foundation contacts the rock to reduce settlement.
1.2) Increase the buried depth of the foundation in small gullies, or take effective measures to intercept and drain water. The layout of components or other facilities should be avoided as much as possible, and a certain safe distance should be reserved during construction, or measures such as building flood drainage ditch or controlling gully bank slope should be taken.
1.3) The photovoltaic panel array should be located in areas with high terrain such as mountain slopes and ridges, and a certain safe distance from steep ridges and cliffs, to avoid the area of dangerous rock collapse and prevent the dangerous rock from falling and causing impact damage.
2. There is seasonal frozen soil at the site in winter, and the depth is about 20cm. Combined with the strong wind characteristics of the area, the foundation forms of buildings such as brackets can be integrated foundation methods such as concrete independent foundation and planting bar foundation, and the foundation depth needs to pass through the frozen soil layer.
3. The water source of the project is selected at a location lower than the water intake of the villagers, so as not to affect the domestic water consumption of the local villagers. The booster station is located on the top of the mountain and uses water carts to transport water from Longquan Township. The water source is mountain spring water.
4. The roads in the station are mainly arranged along the contour lines, and the sections with high terrain and good surface drainage should be selected, and drainage measures such as retaining walls should be constructed. Use slope rate method or retaining wall and other engineering measures to control to avoid scouring and collapse during heavy rain
5. The engineering construction has caused a certain degree of damage to the site environment. The construction of the site should reasonably pile up spoil, avoid areas with large water catchments or take drainage measures to protect vegetation, and restore construction wounds as much as possible. vegetation.
6. Strengthen the service of workers after construction, and conduct construction survey when necessary.
